If you leave a comment, then you input your email, username and optionally your website into the comments form. This data, along with the comment you insert is stored in our database. Once you submit a comment, the IP address that you are using will also be stored with the comment. This is done for security reasons, in order to investigate any malicious activity that may occur on our website.
You can always request that we delete your data by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to make your request from the same email address you used to insert the comment.
We currently do not share user data with any third parties. In case this changes in the future, we will make sure that explicit consent is asked for and approved by each user.
